Set Up

Sunday, July 6th -- Stardust Pavilion
8AM-Noon Lights up, wiring started, tables unloaded
Noon-8PM Tables begin to move into position

8AM-8PM Setup in Pavilion, tables finished,
Risers and bleachers installed
Referees Course, 9AM -- 6PM in President's Board Room
8PM -- Players meeting and draw for the Qualification Tournament in the Pavilion

Qualification Tournament Play

Tuesday, July 8th -- 10AM to 11PM
Wednesday, July 9th -- 10AM to 11PM
Thursday, July 10th -- 10AM to 9PM

1st round : 48 groups of 3 players = 144 games
2nd round : 48 winners in single-elimination matches = 24 games
3rd round : 24 winners in single-elimination matches = 12 games

Main Tournament Play

Thursday, July 10th -- about 9PM Players meeting and draw
Friday, July 11th -- 4 sessions beginning at 11AM
Saturday, July 12th -- 3 sessions beginning at 10AM
(On Saturday, play will end in time to attend the BCA Hall of Fame Banquet.)
Sunday, July 13th -- 3 sessions beginning at 10AM and ending about 7PM

Tear Down

Sunday, July 13th, 8PM to Monday July 14th, noon, tables, lights, bleachers, risers removed.
